Types of organizational structures of management: knowledge economy in entrepreneurship

Reforming the forms of doing business, design methods of organizational management structures transforms the socio-economic characteristics of businessmen. The modern development of entrepreneurs is characterized by increasing spontaneity, which has a significant impact on the qualitative characteristics of its structure.

Firstly, the level of moral responsibility is increasing, which contributes to the formation of a highly moral standard of the knowledge society. The types of organizational management structures , where the concepts of "good name", and the business integrity and reputation of the entrepreneur, are being evaluated and disseminated in new type of contracts - "trust agreements" are becoming increasingly important. The high prestige of knowledge is the basis for harmonizing the levels of material well-being and intellectual development. The formation of sustainable moral values in entrepreneurship creates significant opportunities for reducing transaction costs.

Secondly, almost all modern types of organizational management structures require a high educational standard of business entities. Education is an element of the economic and social systems at the same time. Being one of the most important elements in the formation of the โ€œnew economyโ€, education makes a significant contribution to ensuring social mobility and maintaining the disintegration of society. The knowledge economy is characterized by getting an education all his life, a continuous process of acquiring skills, knowledge, abilities and experience. Therefore, the presence of only selective intelligence in combination with business intuition and the ability to logical analysis is clearly insufficient to fill in educational flaws. The knowledge economy puts the business community in need of constant selection and search for innovative solutions that increase the efficiency of doing business. In such a situation, elite education accelerates social conversion. The classification of organizational management structures today is so multifaceted that globalization provides additional educational opportunities. Its new element is the expansion of orientation to applied areas and market relations. However, the level of education in itself is not a source of stable business growth. Of practical importance is its practical aspect, so much attention is paid not only to education itself, but also to its quality.

Thirdly, an economy based on the intellectualization of labor makes serious demands on the creative potential and innovative thinking of an entrepreneur. If an entrepreneur is endowed with a special intellect, then he becomes directly involved in scientific and technological progress, its application in production and economic activity, and, therefore, in making profit, thereby involving an increasing number of people in intellectual activity.

Modern types of organizational management structures, the nature and content of the knowledge economy cause an increase in the social responsibility of business associated with the transfer of part of the state functions to entrepreneurship. Social responsibility is interpreted as a way of doing business in accordance with ethical, social and legislative standards. It is an institutionally fixed system that regulates the behavior of various subjects of commercial relations. The types of organizational management structures under consideration suggest that the basic principles form the basis of social responsibility: firstly, the provision of high-quality services; secondly, ensuring labor safety; thirdly, contribution to the development of society by promoting the development of public interests and generally accepted values. For business entities, social responsibility is a long-term strategy, in economically developed countries, this has long been recognized.

Increasing social responsibility is manifested at all levels of the economic system: in the institutionalization of relations between the state, business structures and civil society, in promoting the growth of population education and market education of entrepreneurs, in the development of culture, sports, art and improving the quality of life, support for environmental organizations.
