What organizations can be considered public associations
Public associations are a voluntary union of citizens established by law who have common interests, spiritual and other intangible needs. To establish, become members and participants in such associations can not bodies representing state power, and bodies that carry out local self-government.

2) cooperation of the state and associations in decision-making regarding the election campaign, the protection of health, the environment, labor, public order, historical monuments, architecture and culture, etc .;
3) joint activities in the field of lawmaking and lawmaking.
