For so many people on planet Earth, the phrase “Good morning is never good” is so relevant that they are ready to give everything for the opportunity to come to work in the afternoon, because for some reason you want to sleep much more in the morning than at night. Some even more so, only in the morning they manage to fall asleep. It would seem that he had just fallen asleep, but it wasn’t there: the nasty alarm clock rings so badly that you want to immediately kill its creator, then revive and kill again. But we dare to upset you: there were many creators of alarms, and they all died a long time ago. Therefore, isn’t it easier to just identify the reason why you constantly want to sleep?
And there can be many reasons. The most common of them is a lot of workload at work and, as a result, incredible fatigue. From morning to evening (and sometimes until late evening), a person works, and it does not matter whether it is mental work or physical. In addition, one can often get tired of mental labor much more than physical labor. After work, there are also enough things to do: run to the store, cook dinner, do some homework, etc. As a result, you go to bed at different times, and get up at the same time, broken and tired. You come to work, but you cannot concentrate on it, because you constantly want to sleep.
Another reason for this ailment may be an elementary lack of oxygen, especially in the autumn-winter period. Not everyone loves to take walks in the cold, snow and slush, besides this is the time for all kinds of colds, which in no way contribute to voluntary attacks in the fresh air.
Also, drowsiness almost always causes a state of depression. A person is disappointed in something or in someone, he is worried and is feeling bad, he has complete apathy for everything. Even coffee does not save the situation: no matter how much you drink, you always want to sleep. The causes of drowsiness can consist in taking certain medications, and in violation of the daily regime due to shift work, and in changing belts (frequent flights). It is also possible thyroid disease, lack of magnesium in the body, alcohol abuse.
Of course, few people like to be in a state of eternal somnambulism. You understand wisely that you need to do something, and you begin to convince yourself that you will start a new life on Monday, at the beginning of the next month, after the New Year, etc. And in the end, nothing changes anyway, because you constantly want to sleep, there is no mood, things are more important ... laziness, in the end. And it is precisely “laziness”, in most cases, that is the key word, because for a person there is nothing impossible. He can do everything when he has a desire, an incentive. And in this case, the incentive may be precisely the desire to live a bright, saturated, full-fledged life, so that, as they say, there is something to remember.
So what should you do if you constantly want to sleep? First of all, very much want to change your lazy and sleepy life to a more active one. After that, you need to pull yourself together and begin to correct the situation not on Monday, but immediately. Make it a rule to go to bed at the same time. You probably know how much time you need to get a good night's sleep, so calculate what time you need to lie down so that in the morning the alarm does not cause such a mass of negativity and does not spoil your mood. Allocate at least 10-15 minutes in order to do exercises - it invigorates, activates the body's metabolism, gives energy. But it would be better if you went in for sports more actively and on a regular basis.
Also, if you constantly want to sleep, it would not hurt to review your diet. If you haven’t had breakfast before, now you just need to do this: cereals with dried fruits and nuts, granola, fruits, juices can support your energy until lunch. To have a good sleep, it is very good to take a walk in the fresh air before you go to bed. A warm bath with sea salt and scented candles lit around will help you relax, attract pleasant thoughts, and a glass of warm milk with honey before going to bed will calm your nerves no worse than valerian.
