The invented N. Tesla generator generates alternating current. He thought about its creation during his studies at the school in Graz. He found a solution to the problem while walking in the park and immediately began to draw on the sand schemes of the future generator. In his scheme, there were two electric circuits that created a double stream of uncharged electrons, which the induction set the motion.

Before you make a current generator, you need to make the frame, which is necessary for winding the secondary circuit of the coil. A frame is a cylinder whose length and diameter are 700 and 80 mm, respectively. To create the frame, you need cardboard or thick paper. They are glued to a metal or wooden frame. For this purpose, a piece of water pipe is suitable. Liquid, hot carpentry glue should be applied to paper or cardboard and screwed tightly onto the frame, while the wall thickness should leave from six to eight mm. Then the resulting frame must be entwined with twine, and the coils should lie tight. After drying, the frame is removed from the frame and then impregnated with hot paraffin. In order to fix the wires, two holes need to be drilled in the frame, and they should be 100 mm from the top edge. After that, along the entire length of the frame, you need to wind the secondary loop coil closely, for which you will need a wire from 0.2 to 0.3 mm. The second end of the winding is fixed in two holes at the bottom of the coil, which are drilled similarly to the upper holes. To cover the winding frame, it is better to use high-quality insulating varnish. Then, from a plywood pre-soaked with paraffin, you need to cut a circle with a diameter that allows it to fit snugly on top of the frame, like a cork. In its center, with the help of a brass bolt and a nut, strengthen the porcelain insulator. In order to know how to make the generator correctly, you must adhere to certain requirements. So, the insulator must be at least 100 mm. Above the insulator, the upper end of the brass bolt, with a thread, should protrude.

The generator should have two oscillatory circuits, which are wrapped with a copper wire, the diameter of which should be from two to three millimeters. Winding should be done on a ribbed frame, having from 4 to 6 racks of any insulating material. Racks strengthen at the top of the drawer - the base for the entire installation. There must be a distance of 20 mm between the coils, and 15 mm between the secondary circuit frame and the oscillating circuits.

The resistance in the circuit of the grids should be three tons. Ohm. The resistance of the generator lamps is wire-wound and ranges from 50 to 100 ohms. The device uses a mica, variable capacitor, with a large distance between the plates, a half-wave rectifier for powering the generator and a power transformer. First turn on the glow of the lamps, then high voltage. When approaching the coil of a fluorescent lamp at a distance of 300-400 mm, it starts to glow.
