Boil cauliflower in salted water and, without draining the vegetable broth, grind it with a blender. Pour oatmeal into the prepared soup base and place the saucepan on a small fire so that they swell. Make a sauté from onions and carrots, add flour at the end. Combine the fried vegetables with soup, boil, put chopped garlic, a little nutmeg and finally sprinkle with herbs.
