We are sometimes perplexed, thinking that in faraway Italy this is the main dish in the diet, and at the same time nobody bothers.

There are many options! In this article we will offer you recipes with cheese, ham and even such an interesting recipe as stuffed pasta in the oven. Let's start with the cheese.

To prepare six servings, you will need 2 eggs, 400 g of spaghetti (cook in advance), cheddar cheese - 300 g, 100 g of butter and 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper.

Shake the eggs, grate the cheese on a grater. Stir the cheese, spaghetti and pepper, then add the eggs, mix thoroughly again.

Preheat the oven and put thin sliced ​​butter on the bottom of the pan. We spread the mixture of spaghetti with the rest of the ingredients. Put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. The dish is ready! It is better to serve it hot - the taste is special. And by the time of cooking pasta in the oven with cheese it is unlikely to take more than an hour.

To prepare such a dish, but already with bacon, you need 250 g of bacon, olive oil, pasta - half a kilogram, a couple of medium-sized onions, as well as 500 g of canned tomatoes - suitable both home and factory. Do not forget about seasonings: salt, herbs, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper.

Mix everything and simmer for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, we cook the pasta separately in a double boiler, after pouring them with olive oil. If there is no double boiler - it does not matter. Do in a water bath, but through a colander. And do not forget to cover. Cook until half ready. You can’t digest.

We grease the form for the oven with butter, preferably creamy. Mix the pasta and sauce in it, add chopped herbs and garlic to taste. Stew in the oven, time - 10-15 minutes. It will be a very aromatic and spicy dish!

And finally, stuffed pasta in the oven, the recipe of which will now be described in detail. Take 400 g of large shells, 500 g of broccoli, 300 g of minced meat, 150 g of cheese, 10% cream - 200 g, 1 carrot, 1 small onion, 200 g of pickled champignons, 1 clove of garlic, a little butter, greens and spices of your choice.

Boil the shells by first adding salt and a little vegetable oil to the water (so as not to stick together). Cook for about 10 minutes.

We take out the mushrooms from the marinade (it is still desirable to squeeze them) and cut into small pieces. Throw broccoli in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then also cut into small pieces and add to the mushrooms. Set aside broccoli legs, they will come in handy later.

Put the minced meat in a preheated frying pan with oil, fry it, stirring constantly. Add some salt and pepper. When it cools, mix with cabbage and mushrooms.

We chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Pour onion and carrot into a very hot pan with oil, immediately make a small fire and simmer for about 10 minutes. When it cools, add to the stuffing. We rub the cheese and send it there - to the filling, which we immediately mix thoroughly.

Pasta in the oven with minced meat is a painstaking task. In each cooled shell you need to put a filling with a teaspoon. Spread them in a deep pan.

Separately, prepare the sauce: warm a small saucepan, pour cream there, add a piece of butter, melt. Then we put a clove of garlic, finely chopped or chopped through a garlic squeezer, mix, adding one teaspoon of dried spices of your choice. Grind the previously laid broccoli legs in a blender, pour in the cream sauce and whisk again until smooth. Bake pasta in the oven, serve hot. The sauce is served separately.
