Spaghetti with mushrooms

Mushroom Spaghetti Recipe in Tomato Sauce

Necessary products: spaghetti (you can take other pasta); for sauce: 300 grams of champignons, 1 onion, garlic 2 cloves, 5 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tablespoons tomato sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of white or red wine (but you can not use it), salt, black and red pepper. At will - parsley or dill.

Wash and finely chop the mushrooms, onions too. Greens (if you use it) are also washed, dried and chopped. Heat the pan, pour olive oil into it. Then put onion, 1 clove of garlic and half the herbs in it. Fry everything over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and fry all together for another 8 minutes.

Then wash the tomatoes, peel and grate. Add the resulting mass to the mushrooms and simmer together for 15 minutes over low heat. Then pour the tomato sauce and stir well. If you use wine, then pour it in. Add spices and boil for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Then reduce it and simmer another 19 minutes. The sauce is almost ready, it remains only to add the last clove of garlic and the remaining half of the greens.

Cook the spaghetti, drain the water and put on a large plate. And top them with sauce. Everything, the dish is ready!

Spaghetti with mushrooms

Ingredients: 400 grams of fresh or frozen mushrooms, 250 grams of spaghetti, 2 onions, sunflower oil for frying, salt, red pepper.

Sort the mushrooms, wash and cut into small pieces. Boil water in a pan, add salt, 2 bay leaves, 4 peas of allspice and a sprig of parsley into it. After the water boils, put the mushrooms in it and reduce the heat. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Then throw the mushrooms in a colander so that water drains from them.

Put the onions in a hot pan with oil and fry until crusted. Then carefully remove it so that as much oil as possible remains in the pan. Transfer mushrooms from a colander into it, mix them and fry, stirring, 7-8 minutes. Then add onions to the mushrooms, put spices to taste and mix.

Boil spaghetti in boiling, slightly salted water. Like mushrooms, recline in a colander to make glass water. Then add these spaghetti to the onion fried with mushrooms and mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Everything can be served at the table.

Spaghetti with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients: spaghetti - 100 grams, butter - 60 grams, canned mushrooms - 1 can (each of 530 grams), sour cream - 200 grams, honey - 1 tablespoon, garlic - 1 clove, cheese - 50 grams, rosemary - 1 tea a spoon. Also, salt and various spices to taste, just do not overdo it with them. Keep in mind rosemary and cheese should be finely chopped.

Boil spaghetti in salted water and drain the water from them. Melt in a pan 40 grams of the 60 oil. On these 40 grams, stew the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Make a mixture of sour cream, honey, garlic and salt. Pour the resulting mass into a pan, to the mushrooms, mix and leave for 5 minutes.
