Grocery set:

Practical part

  1. Where do we start? We take black pasta, send it to the pot with boiling salted water. The recommended cooking time is 10 minutes (it is detected after the liquid boils again). Then turn off the fire. Gently drain the water from the pan. And we put the pasta in a colander. Be sure to rinse with cold water.
  2. Peeled garlic cloves pass through a special press. We spread the resulting mass in a pan. Fry using olive oil. There we send shrimps and mussels in peeled form. Solim. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. Fry all these ingredients for 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir with a spatula. At the end of the frying process, pour a little white wine into the pan. Mix. Stew seafood with garlic until the wine has completely evaporated.
  3. Now make the sauce. In the bowl we put the chopped basil (1-2 bundles). Add olive oil and cardamom seasoning in the right amount.

We went around all the stores, but did not find this unusual product? Do not worry. You can make pasta yourself and give them an original look using cuttlefish ink. Detailed instructions are provided below.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 2 whole chicken eggs + 2 yolks;
  • 1 teaspoon cuttlefish ink;
  • flour (grade not important) - 300 g;
  • salt - no more than one pinch.
