Life in the suburbs has a lot of advantages. But she also has its drawbacks. So, there are many problems with the organization of heating. Gas is expensive to carry out, and fuss with solid fuel boilers and furnaces is not for everyone. The output may be an electric boiler. Structural elements
The most important component of the boiler is the heater, which converts electrical energy into heat. The boiler itself is made of any capacity of a suitable shape and volume, and one should not forget about the need to connect sensors to it, which will not only simplify the operation of the equipment, but also make it much safer.
Simplest option
Home masters can make an electric boiler with their own hands from anything, but more often they choose options that do not require a lot of labor and money. The simplest method is to mount the heater directly into a heating pipe of a suitable size.
Of course, its diameter should be significantly larger than that of the remaining pipes. In addition, it must be removable and provide for simple and quick access to it. The possibility of dismantling is useful to you in case you need to replace a burned out heating element.
More efficient way
Despite all of the above, the simplest electric boiler with your own hands will have to be done separately. The fact is that only a separate heating circuit is able to give maximum efficiency, which is enough to heat even a relatively large house.
You can make such a device from conventional pipe trimming of the corresponding diameter. Remember that when installing the heating circuit, you do not need to chase the volume of the storage boiler, since in this case most of the energy will be wasted.
Note that if it is necessary to heat a small three-room apartment, even trimming a pipe of 219 mm in diameter is quite enough, and its length can be no more than half a meter. Of course, it must be completely sealed on both sides. So, before you make an electric boiler with your own hands, be sure to take care of a good welder.
Wiring
In the top cover, you need to weld a drain pipe, with which the boiler will connect to the radiators. In the lower lateral part the same branch pipe intended for receipt of cold water should be welded.
For small rooms, we would recommend using a heater from 1 kW, which works from a network with a voltage of 220 V. The heating element itself can be mounted either from the side of the bottom cover, or slightly away from the side pipe with cold water. Thus, installing an electric boiler with your own hands is not a very complicated process.
Refinements
It should be noted right away that the option of mounting a heating element directly into the heating system is not particularly reliable. However, both described designs can work without problems around the clock.
Of course, this mode of operation is only possible if you additionally include automatic fuses in the circuit circuit, which can turn off the power in case of overload or other unforeseen situations.
In addition, automatic adjustment of operating modes will seriously save electrical energy. Thus, to make an electric boiler with your own hands is not only realistic, but also possible for any master who has simple materials and tools at hand.
