How to cook pasta with cheese? Recipe and some of its variations

Pasta dishes are now becoming more and more popular. In addition to the fact that the process of their preparation is characterized by simplicity and speed, these products have a certain list of useful properties. In particular, they contain a large amount of fiber, which contributes to the active removal of harmful substances and toxins from the body. In addition, they have useful amino acids, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron and vitamins of groups B and PP - all this has a positive effect on the nervous system, improves the condition of hair and nails, eliminates the feeling of fatigue and can increase mood. The only caveat to remember when choosing pasta is that these wholesome products are made from durum wheat grains and have a natural golden color.

One of the simplest and most delicious dishes is pasta with cheese. The recipe for their preparation is quite simple. And to make the dish more appetizing, it is better to bake it in the oven. To create a dish for four, you will need ingredients in the following amounts:

  • 300 g pasta;
  • 350 grams of hard cheese ;
  • 2.5 cups of milk;
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour;
  • 3 tbsp butter or vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

So, we begin to cook pasta with cheese. The recipe, in its approximate sequence, will look like this:

1. First, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. It is preferable to take several varieties, thanks to this the dish will turn out much more interesting.

2. On a low heat, heat the milk. Then we add butter and flour to it, be sure to stir the mixture with a whisk so that no lumps form. Bring to a boil. Then we remove the milk from the stove and add salt (optionally pepper) and half the cheese that was previously grated.

3. Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bringing them to readiness, use a colander to drain the water and rinse the pasta with water. Add the cheese sauce obtained earlier. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Warm up the baking dish and grease it with oil. We spread the ready-made mixture of pasta with sauce and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. For 20-25 minutes, bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

Going to cook pasta with cheese, the recipe can also be varied with an egg. This dish is called pasta casserole with cheese. For this, the same ingredients will be enough that were described earlier, with the addition of 4 pieces of eggs. Cooking pasta with cheese and egg, the sequence of actions coincides with the above. The only thing is that when the pasta is ready, they add not only cheese sauce, but also eggs previously beaten with, for example, a fork. Serving the casserole on the table in a slightly chilled form, it can be decorated with twigs of greens or pieces of fresh tomatoes.
