- 300 g pasta;
- 350 grams of hard cheese ;
- 2.5 cups of milk;
- 3 tbsp wheat flour;
- 3 tbsp butter or vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
So, we begin to cook pasta with cheese. The recipe, in its approximate sequence, will look like this:
1. First, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. It is preferable to take several varieties, thanks to this the dish will turn out much more interesting.
