BCCI employees have long prepared an action plan for this year. All of them are pre-registered and have clear timing. Each plan is designed for a specific area of activity. The main directions of planning are:

Trade fairs
Fair activities are held on the territory of the BCCI and, as a rule, are planned for holidays. According to the plan, in January there is only one fair, which runs from the 15th to the 18th. The theme of this event is “Epiphany Gifts”. February 2019 is more eventful. There are 2 fairs planned this month. The first is at the beginning of the month (February 5-8), and the second is dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day and is scheduled for the period from 19 to 22. In March, the fair days are the same as in February. The first is called "With Love for a Woman," and the second is "Spring Drops." "Spring Symphony" and "Easter" are scheduled for April. May will give fair days to the townspeople on the topics: “Everything for the garden and the garden” and “Happy childhood”. From June to September, two exhibitions a month will also be held in Bryansk. The exception will be the month of October, which is scheduled for three exhibitions. All of them are connected with the events of autumn. "Autumn Melody" and "Hello Winter" are November events. In December, the December Coenfall and New Year's Carnival are scheduled.

Contests
For 2019, the BCCI has planned two large-scale competitions:
- The contest "Economic Revival of Russia" is a journalistic event of all-Russian scale. Its implementation is carried out to stimulate interest in domestic journalism. Activities in this area are planned for six months. The plan for the first half of the year has already been formed and put into implementation, as for the second half of the year, discussions are still underway on it.
