But this situation, as it turns out, can be avoided if you master the art of sleep management, which can be very useful for business people and traders, as well as all other people who, due to a certain type of occupation, sometimes have to lead a hectic life.

The sleep management technique , if properly mastered, will help any person when moving to a different time zone and in case business needs to meet clients or partners either early in the morning or late in the evening. The sleep control technique will no doubt prove useful even if you often have to do urgent work at night, because it allows you to fall asleep anywhere and anytime, without using sleeping pills. Normally, a person goes through various stages during sleep, various frequency ranges, and cyclically, from light sleep (alpha frequency) to the deepest, so-called slow sleep, corresponding to delta frequencies, passing through medium beta frequencies.
