It is aimed at consistency in achieving the task, that is, it leads to a reduction in errors in each subsequent iteration. - search for successful behavioral models with a detailed analysis of these models and refinement of the learner’s action algorithm using the existing algorithm to achieve the goal.
Why coaching? Despite the growing popularity of this trend, you should evaluate your abilities and understand that this is a specific thing and not everyone is given, based on temperament and previous professional experience. It is sometimes difficult to become a coach because of the selfish nature of the manager (not to be confused with self-centeredness), that is, the habit of accepting oneself in the “top” position with its complex algorithms and circuits. But this is not at all what we need, because in the effective construction of coaching we need to take into account individuality, and not universality.
Fundamental in the world of the coach is the ability to ask the right questions and work with those answers that we get on the way out. Do not impose your own opinion and idea about how to do the right thing in a given situation, but help a person live the life that inspires him, and not you.
In real life, a coach is a formed personality, with his own position in life, which was able to solve the problems of being and found the meaning of life and is now ready to share his rich life experience with others, make the client smile at his problems, believe in their insignificance, that he can do much more, which means an opportunity out of easy overcoming.
A coach is not only an interested, committed professional, possessing all those human qualities that are necessary for a learner to be able to inspire confidence and see with his own eyes the light at the end of the tunnel, but first of all a person, therefore, before starting a vigorous activity on the path to improving the world of this, you need to work on yourself, do your own, so to speak, psychoanalysis. Therefore, remember that you are responsible for how a person will feel after communication (occupation) with you and not harm him, at least, with his moralizing.
