Necessary components : pasta 300 g, several pieces of sweet bell pepper, preferably red, 2 pieces of salted anchovy fillet (for piquancy!). Tomatoes themselves will need 5-6, 1 onion, a few cloves of garlic, a little white wine, a couple of tablespoons of grated cheese and vegetable oil. Naturally, pepper and salt are laid to taste.
So, we begin to cook shells in tomato filling in Italian. Boil the pasta in salted water, drop it in a colander and rinse well so that it does not turn into a dough. Now the sauce. Pepper, cut into cubes. Chop onion and garlic into cubes. Put in a pan with butter and fry until golden brown. Cut the anchovies into pieces and add to the onion together with the bell pepper. Stew on low heat for about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper. It is the turn of the wine - pour it. Hold for another 5 minutes, put chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. So that the shells in the tomato sauce do not get wet, the sauce should be thick enough. When it is ready, transfer to a pan with pasta, add fresh parsley and basil, mix well. Shells "in the navy"
The question of how to cook shells cannot be a problem for you if the remnants of minced meat are left in the refrigerator. On its basis, a wonderful gravy is made, under which any pasta is eaten with a bang.
Cut 1 large onion into half rings and fry it until soft. Next, put the minced meat in a pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat. Add 3 cubed tomatoes, a couple of bay leaves, a few peas of allspice, a pinch of coriander and simmer the sauce until cooked. At the end, salt, put crushed garlic under the press (to taste) and ground black pepper. Boil shells, pour sauce, sprinkle with chopped fresh dill. Macaroni with cottage cheese, feta cheese

Or frying onions with vegetable oil. Rub a piece of feta cheese on a coarse grater, put in shells and mix. Arrange the food on plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
