What is training?

First, a diagnosis of the problem is carried out, and here the difference between the usual psychological consultation and training is manifested: if in the first case they suggest taking tests, then the client performs diagnostic exercises that are aimed at revealing his personality and allow the psychologist to evaluate the real behavior of the participant.

After the diagnosis, correction of behavior begins, again, with the help of exercises. The adaptation part is devoted to the ability to apply the acquired skills in real life.

The duration of this type of training depends, first of all, on the scale of the problem and the clientโ€™s ability to apply the acquired skills. It can last from several hours to several months.

What is educational training?

This type is used to improve professional skills. Higher education offered by universities is based, to a greater extent, on a theoretical basis, and young specialists who receive a diploma can perfectly know the history of the profession, its theoretical understanding, but have little knowledge of the skills that employers require. It is for this that there are educational trainings that help adapt to the implementation of practical requirements.

What is personal development training?

The purpose of this type of activity is vague, but this does not make it unnecessary and useless. Some individuals cannot for a long time understand which profession is best for them than the others, how best to build their lifestyle, what to strive for, etc. Such classes help to reveal unfamiliar aspects of the personality, contribute to the development of self-awareness, help harmonize character traits.

Signs of a successful training here are considered internal personality changes: reappraisal of values, change in attitude towards people, updated outlook on the world.

What is training for developing business skills?

Based on the name, it is clear that such training is related to training people in business. Often it is arranged for employees of one company, corporation, in order to increase the efficiency of their work and update knowledge and skills in this area.

At the same time, individual characteristics of each participant are taken into account and adjusted if necessary to ensure that the work is performed better.

Business trainings help to increase the effectiveness of teamwork, contribute to a change in attitudes towards consumers, which ultimately increases sales.
