It is no secret to anyone that yoga is the source of long-term health and strength of the body. A particular technique of this eastern sport, if one can call it that, can have a beneficial effect both on the organism as a whole and on its individual systems or organs. Today we decided to talk about men's health, about how to maintain it, maintain and increase it. This will help us in this vajroli mudra - asanas, or rather - a technique through which more than desired results can be achieved.

"Sexual" yoga and its features
It is believed that yoga can restore health to the human reproductive system, and any other. Why? Firstly, such exercises simultaneously strain muscles, and relax them, make them strong, but elastic. Vajroli mudra is an asana, or rather, a procedure most often performed under the strict guidance of a mentor who is well aware of the intricacies of this science. The fact is that special catheters will have to be inserted into the urethra and “manipulated” by fluids. Due to such a difficult exercise, all genital muscles will be trained, and as a result of the disease, tumors and other ailments that are in the genital area will disappear.
There is a simpler method of doing vajroli mudra. Almost any man will easily carry it out at home. But it is not as effective as the previous one, therefore, it is most often suitable for those who need prevention or just "strengthening" of sexual energy.
Difficult technique
A specialized rubber catheter for urine diversion or a silver tube (used by professional yogis) is inserted into the urethra. In the first procedure, the device should enter a depth of no more than 2.5 cm. Now through it you need to try to draw water into the bladder. At the end of the procedure, a process of self-discharge of urine through the tube may be observed - this is normal, moreover, it indicates that everything is going as it should. Then the length of the input part of the tube increases, and the retraction of water is repeated.
After practicing this operation, perfectly proceed to the retraction of milk. The next step in the vajroli mudra should be honey. We also note that when you begin to cope perfectly with liquids of various consistencies and using a tube, it will be possible to draw them in without a catheter.
Simplified method
This technique of performing vajroli is wise for men who are afraid of the very complex procedure described above, do not have a qualified mentor, or simply want to strengthen their health a little, and not be drastically cured.
We relax in any meditative position convenient for you, close our eyes and focus on the urethra. Then you need, leaning forward slightly, to raise the genitals to the maximum extent possible. At the same time, it is worth squeezing the urethral sphincter - the sensations are similar to how you endure when you want to use the toilet. Perform this manipulation on the exhale, lingering for the longest time in the desired asana.
As a bonus, we note that in this way you also train the Anahata chakra - the heart. After all, the sure way to “warm up” it is to learn to hold your breath for a long time.
