Noodles, the recipe for which every housewife should have, is a surprisingly ancient dish. There are many varieties of it, but the main components remain unchanged. Today it is not a problem to purchase any pasta in supermarkets or small shops. However, homemade noodles will always be tastier and healthier.
How to cook homemade noodles? The recipe for the test is quite simple. Pour a hill of flour (100-110 g) into a deep plate and make a recess in it.
