Second method:
- Before removing shellac at home, cut cotton pads and a sheet of foil into small squares that match the size of the nail plates of each finger. 10 squares with a side of 7.6 cm or more are prepared from aluminum foil. Instead of discs, sometimes small cotton balls are used. In this case, make sure that the size of the foil is sufficient to fix them on the nail.
- Cuticle oil is rubbed into the skin near each nail to protect the skin from drying out.
- Discs or balls of cotton wool are saturated with acetone and put on nails.
- Each nail is wrapped with foil. In this case, the cotton square should be firmly fixed, which at the same time should not interfere with the circulation of blood in the fingers. - After 2-10 minutes, shellac exfoliation will begin, and the cotton pads from the nails are removed.
