Probably, every woman has times when she wants to add romance and colors of spring to a series of gray everyday life. Throwing everything and giving up on Paris is a wonderful idea, but, unfortunately, not everyone can bring it to life. If you canโt afford a ticket to the French capital, or if you donโt have time to travel, youโll have to invent something more real and simple to implement. It can be a box of crispy croissants, a bottle of French wine, a new little thing or a bottle of perfume from the world capital of fashion ...
You can be inspired by the Parisian charm in front of a manicure. The Eiffel Tower on the nails will definitely give you a good mood and bring zest to any look.
Preparation for work
So itโs decided! Our goal is a manicure in a Parisian style. To get a beautiful Eiffel Tower on the nails, we will carefully prepare them. It is not worth the sophisticated lady to have any flaws in her appearance. Inaccurate manicure will definitely ruin the whole picture.
First of all, we process the cuticle, get rid of the overgrown skin, clean the pterygium. Then we give the nails the same shape and length, file the ends. It remains only to polish the surface of the nail plates, carefully brush off the dust with a special brush and apply a primer.
When it dries (it only takes a minute), cover the nails with a base and polymerise in a lamp.
Sliders and stickers
A great solution for those who are not friends with brushes and paints. Yes, and time for design with such materials will need relatively little.
There are a huge number of sliders and stickers with Parisian symbols, which is confirmed by numerous photos. The Eiffel Tower on the nails can be depicted in a realistic or cartoon style, in the genres of steam-punk or hi-tech, in any of the colors of the rainbow. Choose the sliders that you like and get to work.
First of all, we apply a background colored varnish on a layer of dried base. At this time, the slider is placed on a cotton pad moistened with clean water so that the substrate peels off.
When the color coating is ready, gently pry the edge of the slider with thin tweezers and transfer it to the nail. Align the picture with a silicone brush or an orange stick.
Allow the drawing to dry slightly, gently pat it with a lint-free cloth and cover with a base layer. After polymerization, apply the top: matte, glossy or satin.
Stickers are even easier to work with: just stick the edge with a sharp object and attach a picture to your fingernail. Covering the decor with a base and top is mandatory, otherwise the manicure will not last even three days.
You can decorate all the nails with sliders with the Eiffel Tower, but if you select only 1-2, the work will look more elegant.
Nail painting: how to draw the Eiffel Tower with paints
Do not be scared if you are not very good at drawing. The Eiffel Tower is a recognizable symbol. Even if you fail to achieve the perfect resemblance, that's okay. The main thing is that the outlines of your drawing resemble the original.
To draw the Eiffel Tower on the nails, you can use gel, acrylic, and even the most ordinary watercolor paints. You can draw with gel varnishes, but it's a little more complicated: the pigmentation density of the paints is higher, the drawing can be applied in one layer, but with varnishes, you may have to do several.
To make it easier to work, remove the gloss from the colored varnish with a high abrasive buff. You can go the other way and cover the nail with a thin layer of matte or velor top. They lie better on the velvety surface of the paint, in addition, you can work with a pencil on it, and it is extremely difficult to sketch on a glossy one.
Make markup first. The tower is square in cross section, but this is not visible from all angles. Given the size of the picture, it is better to neglect the geometry: you can draw 2 racks, not 4.
There is an observation deck on the tower, which looks like a small crown worn on the very top of the tower.
When the sketch is ready, you can start painting. Do not pursue detail, priority should be accuracy.
To prevent the tower from looking floating in zero gravity, add strokes at the base, such as flowers, the green of the Champs Elysees, or muted shadows.
Upon completion of the work, the figure should be overlapped with the top. If you use gel paints (or pastes) without an adhesive layer, you need to apply the top before painting the sketch.
Use liner
Do you like to draw miniatures, prefer realistic graphics and want your Eiffel Tower to decorate your nails? Drawing on nails can be done using this tool. Liner is used by artists and calligraphers to get clear, thin lines. The tool is sold in ordinary stationery, but it is also great for nail design.
On a glossy surface, the liner will not leave a trace, therefore, for this method of design execution you need either a soft buff or a matte top. You should draw carefully, for a realistic style of execution, both proportions and details are important. Try to make the drawing as close as possible to the original. To do this, it is desirable to have before your eyes a photo of the Eiffel Tower. By the way, did you know that this particular attraction is officially considered the most photographed object in the world?
The drawing must be allowed to dry for several minutes. Then you need to carefully cover it with a top. Preliminary it is worth practicing on tips, as in rare cases the liner can be lubricated with top. Usually this does not happen. After drying in the lamp and removing the sticky layer, the image holds well and looks neat.
Rhinestone Inlay
The Eiffel Tower on rhinestone nails looks stylish and spectacular, although the technology cannot be called complicated.
For work, you will need several rhinestones of the desired color and size, as well as matching broths in shade. You can fix rhinestones on a special glue, but an ordinary thick base or a transparent gel is quite suitable.
Draw the two curved lines converging at the end selected for the transparent material to be mounted. Lay out with a wax pencil or tweezers rhinestones. Using a brush, gently remove excess material. Dry for a few seconds so that large stones do not "float away", add small rhinestones to the place where the viewing platform is located, and lay out a transverse partition from the broths. Dry well, then dampen the linear brush in the top and circle the outline around the inlay. Dry and remove the sticky layer again.
Ready-made charms are attached in the same way.
Unusual ideas
The nail design with the Eiffel Tower can be complemented with images of other symbols of France. On some nails you can depict cinnabon rolls or croissants, glasses of red wine, balloons, sweets, cups of coffee. Silhouettes of girls in fashionable clothes or images of wardrobe items and accessories: clutches, hats, high-heeled shoes will complement the design very organically. Suitable cosmetics and perfumes.
The main thing is not to overdo it. Do not forget about the sense of proportion and remember the French restrained chic.
