When you need to quickly prepare a delicious and satisfying dinner, what could be easier than boiling spaghetti and sausages? But it’s worth slightly modifying the recipe, adding a few additional ingredients, and spaghetti with sausages will delight you with new taste sensations.
Spaghetti with sausages in mustard sauce
We will need:
- half a package of spaghetti;
- five sausages;
- a couple of tablespoons of mustard;
- half a glass of cream;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 200 grams of cheese.
We cut sausages in circles, fry in oil until golden brown. Then add cream, mustard to the pan, mix and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. Meanwhile, in salted water, boil spaghetti, drain and add them to sausages. Sprinkle with grated cheese on a medium grater, mix, hold for another three minutes on medium heat. Serve the dish hot.
Spaghetti with sausages, tomatoes and apple
If you think that making an original dish from sausages and spaghetti is difficult, try this recipe. For him we need:
- packaging of spaghetti;
- eight sausages;
- 100 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- one apple;
- five large tomatoes;
- one onion head;
- one teaspoon of salt, sugar, black pepper.
Sausages cut into circles and fry in a pan with half the butter. Boil spaghetti in salted water. Rub the cheese. Cooking the sauce. To do this, blanch the tomatoes, peel them and knead with a fork. From the apple we cut the peel, remove the core, cut into small pieces. Onion finely chopped. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the onions and apples, then add the tomatoes, peppers, salt and sugar. Tomim sauce over low heat for 30 minutes. Boil spaghetti and drain. We rub the cheese, cut the sausages into cubes, finely chop the onion. We put sausages, onions, tomato paste in a frying pan with oil in turn, fry for about ten minutes. Grease a baking dish or a baking sheet with oil, spaghetti spread on top, folding them with a fork into the nests. In the middle of each nest we put prepared sausages, sprinkle with cheese. We put in the oven and bake for ten minutes at 180 degrees.

Pour water into the pan and put it on the fire, then take a third of the package of spaghetti and break the long pasta in half.
