How to cook a dish and what is needed for this?
To build a casserole, you do not need any delights, you will use simple, familiar products.
To prepare the casserole we need:
- 250-300 g of pasta;
- 220 g of hard cheese;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive or sunflower oil;
- 3 tomatoes (medium);
- greens;
- salt;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 130 ml cream (25-30% fat content);
- 1 onion;
- ground black pepper;
- 100 g smoked sausage;
- sunflower oil (for lubrication).
Cooking process
- For cooking, we need already cooked pasta. Therefore, we will first deal with them. What type of pasta to choose? Here you must rely on yourself. Suitable pasta as a "spiral", and "bows" or others. So, having decided on the type, start cooking. First, take a bowl in which you will cook pasta, draw water into it and put on fire. After a minute, add salt to the water, then wait until it boils, then pour the pasta there. Boil until almost cooked (they should turn out to be a little hard, not soft). Then drain the water. Then rinse the pasta, let the water drain, then add a little vegetable oil. Before proceeding to the next step, be sure to mix the dish.
- Take smoked sausage and hard cheese, cut them into cubes. If you want, you can rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Peel and rinse onions. Then chop it.
- Take the tomatoes, rinse them under running water, make small cuts on top. Put the tomatoes in a deep container and pour over boiling water. Leave in the water for several minutes, then remove, very carefully remove the thin skin from them. To prepare the casserole, we only need the flesh. Then cut the tomatoes into strips.
- Now you need to prepare the oven. It needs to be heated somewhere up to 200 degrees. Then engage in the selection of a suitable form for baking, grease it with vegetable oil.
- Mix pasta (pre-cooked), sausage, chopped tomatoes, onions. Then pepper and salt the dish.
- Then put the casserole in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add spices. Then mix well and pour in the cream.
- Take a whisk, beat the egg and cream mixture. Now pour the pasta with the sauce.
- Cover the mold with foil, if it is without a lid, and send it to the preheated oven.
- The pasta casserole in the oven should be about 25 minutes. Then remove the cover (foil) and send back for another fifteen minutes. Thanks to this action, you can get a golden crust on a dish. When the pasta casserole with sausage is ready, remove it from the oven, let cool. The next thing to do is cut the baked dish into neat portions. They must be put on a plate.
