Chicken Breast Pasta: Basic Recipe
Here is a simple and very good recipe for beginners. Pasta with chicken breast and tomatoes is suitable for everyday homemade meals. But if you wish, you can feed your dear guests with this unpretentious, but nutritious and satisfying, very beautiful and tasty dish. We will need: a pound of chicken breasts, a couple of large tomatoes, a couple of sweet Bulgarian peppers, vegetable oil, dried herbs, salt and spices to taste. Well, pasta, of course (spaghetti, pasta, spiral, noodles, as options) - home or shop.

- Dice the chicken finely. Fry in vegetable oil in a large pan (you can take a wok) for not too long, less than 10 minutes, so that the breast is covered with a blush.
- Then a quarter of the rings we cut the bell pepper (peeled from seeds). Stir with the breast and fry there for about five minutes.
- Then we douse the tomatoes well with hot water to remove the peel (but you can skip this procedure as well). We cut the tomatoes into small cubes and spread them in a pan to the mixture, mix well.
- Close the lid and simmer another ten minutes. And then salt to taste, add spices and dry herbs.
