The construction of any object, regardless of its characteristics, is carried out according to specific rules and standards. Before getting down to business, a project for the organization of construction is being developed. This stand-alone document should not be confused with a set of working documentation. Based on this development, the queue of work is determined. For example, if the construction of a plant is planned on a site that is located at a great distance from the city and communications, then first of all it is necessary to lay a road there, install a power line and enclose the allotted territory.

According to the regulations in force in the Russian Federation, the construction organization project is considered a mandatory instruction for all companies and organizations that take part in the work. Among them, of course, are the customer, contracting organizations and those structures that provide financing and logistics for the construction site. Only after receiving it and agreeing with all the mentioned organizations, each of them gets the opportunity to start work on their site. Most often, the development of the construction organization project is carried out by the general contractor. If necessary, he can entrust it to a specialized design organization.
On the basis of this document, a project for the production of work in the construction of each individual workshop is being developed. If a common document prescribes the sequence of construction of objects on the entire construction site, then
a work
plan is created for each specific building. For example, in the structure of the enterprise under construction there is a boiler room, treatment facilities and a nitrogen-oxygen station. The sequence in which they will be built is determined by the general construction plan. But in what terms and using what technologies each of them will be built, it is already said in the project for the production of works.
The construction organization project includes two main sections: 1st — this is the
construction master plan; 2nd - a schedule of work. Based on the construction plan, the entire site is divided into specific sections. Since construction is always associated with a large volume of materials, mechanisms and structures, they need to be placed somewhere. A place for temporary storage of metal structures cannot be organized where work will begin in a week. Only from this simple example can we conclude that a well-executed document provides rhythmic work throughout the construction site.

If you do not solve the task, then the schedule will be adjusted and constantly violated. But on the basis of the schedule, resources and mechanisms are being distributed between the facilities under construction. From the foregoing, it is obvious that for rhythmic and systematic work on the site, it is necessary that the project for the organization of construction be developed taking into account all technological and organizational features. It is capable of fulfilling by specialists with the necessary experience in the construction business.
