Domodedovo Airport is today one of the main air hubs in Moscow. It serves flights to 175 destinations from 60 air carriers, of which 39 are foreign and 21 are Russian.
Cargo terminal Domodedovo, the total storage area of which is 13,440 square meters. m, is the largest air cargo platform in our country. Today, thanks to the terminal's capacities, it is possible to handle up to six hundred tons of cargo per day, this figure is 10 times higher than that of other Russian air harbors. The airport plans to expand and increase the volume of cargo transportation.

How the terminal is arranged inside
For the transfer of cargo, a contract for transportation is concluded, all documents are executed. Then the dimensions and weight of the cargo are measured using a special automated system and it is sent for storage to one of the racks, the height of which reaches 12 meters. The terminal is equipped with a video surveillance system.
The cargo complex has specialized areas for storing explosives, valuable and perishable goods, for which special conditions and equipment are used.
There is a separate cargo storage area with a certain temperature regime. There are four rooms with a temperature of +2 to -20 ° C. A large freezer has been taken out of the gate.
The terminal also has a specially designated area for storing radioactive cargo, which requires a separate permit.
Movement through the terminal is allowed exclusively on specially designated pedestrian lanes.
The cargo enters the aircraft on pallets or in containers, while the picking area is located separately, for ease of transportation.

You can get to the terminal by aeroexpress train from Belorusskaya metro station, by train from the Paveletsky railway station, as well as by bus number 30 from the Domodedovo railway station.

- Acceptance and delivery of goods in accelerated mode;

On the territory of the cargo terminal Domodedovo is not allowed to use luggage trolleys.
Near the terminal there are representative offices of forwarding and brokerage companies, companies engaged in cargo transportation. It is convenient for customers: everything is nearby.
The Domodedovo cargo terminal is equipped with modern technology - it uses loaders and pallet trucks, pallet carts, as well as thermal carts, loaders and tractors, and various weighing equipment.
