The past century has revealed to us many secrets of oriental masters, the secrets of preserving youth and maintaining vitality, which belonged and passed from generation to generation for thousands of years by monks of Buddhist monasteries. This was due to the fact that many people forgot how to feel nature, to hear the “voice of the source”, which, in turn, led to the development of many diseases, and therefore the preserved bits of knowledge were presented to the attention of all mankind.
Simple techniques and methods for harmonizing and strengthening the human body have gained widespread recognition due to their real effectiveness and significant results. The experience of Tibetan monks, summarized in the so-called “Eye of the Renaissance” complex (the exercises in which are simple), is especially relevant for our life.
Discovery story
As you know, Tibetan masters from ancient times were distinguished by their longevity and conservation of vital energy. However, for a long time their secrets remained under the veil, and only at the beginning of the last century in the book of Peter Kalder (unknown at that time), “The Eye of the Renaissance” (exercises and descriptions for them), some secrets were revealed in the form of a set of physical exercises.
This work is presented in the form of an artistic story about the journey of a retired British Army colonel, Sir Henry Bradford, into the impregnable mountains of Tibet, where he was told the secret of preserving youth or “turning back the clock.” The Eye of Rebirth (exercises, despite their simplicity, are considered unique) was a reward for a persistent elderly person. Sir Henry was elected from among many who sought the secret of longevity, and was taken to the monastery abode as a messenger.
Rejuvenation Technique
Consider what the name of this complex bears, why such words as “eye”, “revival” are chosen. The 5 Tibetan exercises are based on training the body, as a result of which the vortex flows begin to act at full strength, and the person’s “third eye” (located just above the head) opens. Our body represents an “energy egg”, at the main points of which (knees, elbows, pelvic area, chest and head) there are rotational centers. If energy (prana) flows from the earth from the legs to the head without delays (blocks) into space, it thereby opens up such abilities as intuition, self-healing, rejuvenation, and so on.
Now consider what the Eye of Rebirth itself is. The exercises of Tibetan monks can be represented as follows:

- Clockwise rotation. At the same time, so that the head does not spin, you need to choose a fixed point in front of you.
- Raising legs. You need to lie on your back and slightly raise your head, touching the chin to the chest. Hands are located along the torso.
- Tilts the head (chest) back and forth. Here you need to kneel (shoulder width apart). On exhalation, throw your head back, resting your hands on your hips, and when you inhale, bend to the chest.
- Exercise "bridge". To do it, you need to sit on the floor (legs straight), resting your hands on the floor, raise your torso up, throwing your head back (down).
- Exercise "pyramid". To do this, you need to stand in a position in which the legs and arms rest on the floor, and the whole body forms an angle (mountain). When you inhale, go down to the floor, while the back bends upward, the head throws back. On the exhale, take the starting position.
Additional Information
The “Eye of the Renaissance” (the exercises of this complex we examined above) has performance features that can be represented as follows:
- You need to start with three repetitions of each task, after each week this number must be increased by 2.
- When performing this technique, side effects may occur (detoxification is in progress), expressed as changes in the body (clouding of the color of urine and others). In this case, you can increase the number of repetitions gradually.
- You only need to breathe through the nose.
- With a large number of repetitions, the tasks can be divided into two or three stages. The best execution times are sunset and dawn.
- Exercises need to be performed regularly.
This technique will restore lost energy, get rid of many problems, such as insomnia, poor appetite, headaches, disorders of the nervous system. Also, these exercises make the body supple and increase tone. By taking a few minutes of your time daily for classes, you can significantly improve the quality of your life.
