Surely, many have known this recipe since childhood. Our grandmothers prepared sweet pasta in Soviet times, when such a meal perfectly replaced a child’s candy or dessert. Undoubtedly, times have changed. But the dish is tasty in itself.

Of course, it can hardly be called the most useful, but it certainly will not be more harmful than sweets and other modern store sweets. Yes, and as a dessert, the dish is quite suitable (especially in combination with such useful products as cottage cheese, honey and cinnamon). Well, try to cook?

For the dish we need: half a pack (200-250 grams) of pasta, a little salt, a couple of spoons of butter, half a glass of granulated sugar (if possible you can add vanilla - on the tip of a knife).

  1. Pour pasta into boiling water with salt, cook until tender (cooking time is usually indicated on the packaging). In the first few minutes of cooking, they must be carefully stirred so that they do not stick together - clockwise.
  2. We cover the finished pasta in the pan with a lid and let it stand for two minutes.
  3. Throw the product into a colander and return it back to the pan.
  4. We combine the pasta and sugar in the container, stirring again so that it melts.
  5. We fill in sweet pasta (while they are hot) with butter. And when serving, lay out on plates (if desired, you can pour sour cream).

You can make pasta not just with granulated sugar, but try to improve the old Soviet recipe and fry sweet pasta in sugar caramel. And then serve, sprinkled with fragrant cinnamon. You’ll just lick your fingers!

You need to take: curly pasta from durum wheat (better succumbed to frying and do not stick together), granulated sugar, butter, a little cinnamon. Salt is added to taste during cooking.

  1. Boil the pasta in lightly salted water until tender, recline in a colander.
  2. Melt butter and sugar in a frying pan and keep on low heat until a light golden hue appears.
  3. We spread the cooked pasta into the pan . Cook on low heat, constantly stirring, for no more than ten minutes, until sweet pasta is taken with a golden crust of caramel.
  4. We spread the finished dish into plates, sprinkling with ground cinnamon. Serve hot.

And you can still cook this dish using an ingredient such as cottage cheese. It is better to take a granular product of the "market" type, but if there is no bazaar nearby, then the store curd from the pack will do. The main thing is that it is not pasty.

We leave all other ingredients, as in the first version of the formulation. We carry out step by step. And in the final, we fill in the crumb (or grains) of cottage cheese with a dessert dish portioned on plates. In this case, sweet pasta will not only be tasty, but also useful for your child.

Cooking nuances

For the dish, you should choose pasta of hard varieties and not too large. And interesting for children will be products of unusual shapes: bows and spirals, gears and letters.

You can also pour sweet pasta with condensed milk or sprinkle with cocoa (then you can put less sugar). And also - decorate this simple dessert with fresh berries, pour liquid jam. Good for refueling and thick jams. But this is optional, according to personal wishes and tastes (for example, your child). Some kids just love sweet pasta sprinkled with grated cheese and flavored with a crumb of white chocolate. Or maybe they will like a dish sprinkled with honey?
