For those who like unity with nature, a clean, quiet beach, on which there are few people, the absence of stripes from a swimsuit on a tanned body, a nudist beach is ideal. Sochi has several places where you can get what you want.

History
In ancient times, sports were carried out naked, as well as pagan rites. For example, during one of the rites, naked women went out into the meadow at night and plowed the land around the village. Such a ritual was carried out so that enemies would not attack the village.
"Culture of a free body" - this is what Naturism was called in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century, it was there that such a concept originated. The founder, Elise Reclus, suggested that the townspeople be exposed. He said that naturism has advantages from a moral and social point of view, because a person becomes more relaxed, it is easier for him to establish contacts and achieve his goals.
Although naturism has some disadvantages, for example, exposure to ultraviolet rays on intimate organs, which leads to premature aging of the skin and the occurrence of cancer.
Sputnik Beach. Sochi in high season
The most popular nudist beach is located near Loo (10 km from Sochi) - at the place where the Black Sea and the Agura River merge. The area belongs to ITC "Sputnik", hence the name.
It’s not easy to get to the Sputnik nudist beach. Sochi keeps the secrets of people, so there is no direct passage there, which means privacy is ensured. The coast is clean, with golden sand and a good entrance to the water. Of the minuses: there are no sunbeds and toilet stalls.
"Sputnik" was famous in the Soviet era, its popularity does not fall even now. On the shore there are three breakwaters that separate the nudists from the total mass of vacationers. Parts of the coast are separated not only by breakwaters, but also by the contingent that visits the nudist beach. Sochi is suitable for both ordinary tourists who do not want to look at completely naked people, and those who hate swimwear and try to get rid of all their clothes. Between the breakwaters there is an ordinary beach (“for textile workers”, as they are called here), and a mixed beach, where you can occasionally meet topless girls, and traditional nudist beaches.

Loo
The nudist beach in Loo is not so well hidden from others, because you can ask any resident of Sochi for the way to it. There is a coast for naturists at a distance of 800 meters to the right of the central beach.
Nudists have been living there for about 15 years. In addition, the bottom there is speckled with an underwater reef, therefore, attracts lovers of diving and scuba diving. Local merchants do not hesitate to periodically go along the beach, offering refreshments and exotic snacks.
Adler
In the place where the Mzymta River flows into the Black Sea, there is a popular nudist beach in Adler. It is small - only 150 meters along the seashore. Locals also visit him often. The coast is dotted with small pebbles, because of this the water is sometimes cloudy.
From this place you can see the snowy peaks of the Caucasus, which are a wonderful view. In order to get to the nudist beach, you need to go to the central part of Adler and cross the river. From wide viewing it is separated on one side by a wide river, on the other - a pile of stones.

Visiting the shores where people sunbathe and swim naked is especially fashionable in Europe and America. They say that people there are more liberated and move away from stereotypes. The most popular places in the world are Hawaiian Islands, Vrek Beach in Canada, Cap Dag (which is located on the coast of the French Mediterranean, also called the World Capital of Nudism), the Caribbean Islands, in particular Antigua, many places in the USA.
Celebrities and ordinary people from around the world annually visit the shores of various seas and oceans, this list is not in the least place nudist beach. Sochi is one of the centers of tourism, extensive and diverse, and everyone in it relaxes as he wants.
