The technique of dribbling has some limitations. After dribbling (technical possession of the ball), the player is allowed to take two steps with him in his hands, without bumping him against the floor surface. Then the player must give it to his teammate or make a roll on the ring. If the player has violated the rules of the game of basketball by taking the third step, the ball is passed to the opposing team. In case the player stops holding the ball in his hands, not making a throw, not giving a pass, and then continuing the game, “double dribble” is recorded. This violation is punishable by passing the ball to an opponent. If, during a stop, the basketball player who owns the ball taps them on the floor, then continues dribbling, this is not a violation. Driving is allowed with both right and left hand. With two hands at the same time the ball can not be driven - this is considered a violation of the rules, after which it is given to the opposing team.
Each team on the field can put up only five people. The remaining five to seven are on the bench and await a replacement. Substitutions can be made in any quantity, but only during the stopwatch stop.
The rules of the game of basketball prohibit the opponent from shaking hands, clasping his hands, thereby blocking his movements, pushing, stepping on his feet. For any of these violations, the basketball player receives a personal warning, and the remark is punishable by a foul. When a player receives five fouls, he is removed from the field until the end of the game with the right to replace.

For a gross violation, a penalty throw in the offending team's ring is assigned. It can be performed by both the victim and his teammate. The throw is carried out from a distance of six meters from the shield from the allotted mark. Each hit in the ring brings the player and his team one point.
