How to Do a Manicure Right? Very simple!

Not many people know how to do a manicure on their own, but in fact there is nothing complicated in this procedure. To begin with, you need to prepare the necessary tools and tools. You will need:

- Sharp tweezers - nippers;

- An ordinary nail file;

- Polishing file;

- Nail polish;

- Stick of orange tree;

- Cuticle oil;

- Cream for hands and nails;

- Nail polish;

- Nail polish remover.

The list may seem impressive, but all of these items are sold in any cosmetic department quite inexpensively. A polishing file may not be necessary if you do not want to polish the surface of the nails. A nail-polish can be replaced with a sharp-pointed nail file, and an orange-tree stick with a regular nail spatula. As a bath, you can use any suitable container.

Additionally, you may need useful bath supplements. For example, sea salt to strengthen nails, a decoction of chamomile, which relieves irritation of the skin of the hands, or lemon juice, softens and whitens the skin. As well as a base for varnish, and a protective coating.

Having prepared everything you need before doing a manicure, you can begin the procedure.

1. Cleaning from varnish.
Use a cotton swab moistened with nail polish remover to remove old nail polish.

2. Nail shaping.
Using tweezers - nippers, give the nails the desired shape, then with the help of a file, process the edges. First file the nails from the sides, directing the file from the center to the edge, and then, describing the file in a semicircle, align the edge of the nail plate.

3. Polishing.
Using a special file, carefully polish the surface of the nail plate. Dry nails need to be polished, otherwise, subsequently they will exfoliate. The coarsest nail file surface is used first, then smoother.

4. A bath for hands.
Hold the brushes for five minutes in a container of warm soapy water, into which you can add the strengthening or softening agents described previously if you wish.

5. Cleaning the nails.
Use a fingernail to remove particles of dirt from under the nails. You can do this before doing a manicure, but steamed nails clean better.

6. Cuticle processing.
There are two ways to do manicure. Classically, a manicure involves cutting the cuticle, but in this case it forms anew much faster. In addition, a classic manicure is not suitable for people whose blood vessels are located close to the surface of the skin. It is better to make a European manicure, in which the cuticle is first softened with special oil, and then pushed to the base of the nail with an orange stick.

7. Deburring.
Carefully trim the burrs with tweezers. Then brush the brushes with a nourishing cream.

Now your nails are ready for staining. First, it is desirable to apply the base, then the varnish will lie more evenly and last longer. On the base, apply decorative varnish with three strokes. First, the middle part of the nail is painted, the next two are the edges. Do not forget to retreat a little from the base of the nail plate, then the manicure will be more accurate. If the varnish does get on the skin, remove it with a cotton swab soaked in nail polish remover. After applying the color coating, fixing agent may be used. Absolutely transparent, it will not change the color of the varnish, but only allow it to dry faster and further protect it from chips and scratches.

Knowing how to do a manicure, you can always keep your nails in perfect condition. In addition to a bimonthly manicure, treat your hands with a nourishing cream daily. Instead of decorative varnish, sometimes use coatings to strengthen nails. And during prolonged contact with water and detergents, always wear gloves.
