It was they who drove the demon and its minions into a parallel dimension, which the Night Serpent learned to use in teleportation.
A lot of time has passed since the demons ruled the Earth, when every person and every living creature obeyed the cruel and bloodthirsty mutants. But the time has come, and this power has collapsed. The mutant angels overthrew the demons and sent them to a dimension called Bramston. Nobody could get out of there, except for Azazel. Marvel (the parent company) claims that it has the only chance to return to Earth. This is due to the fertilization of women, as children can help reveal its native dimension.
Satan and his love
Twenty years ago, Azazel (supervillain) began to mate with women of a rather strange appearance and abilities. Mystic Satan met in Germany when she was already married to the wealthy Baron Christian Wagner. Since Christian could not have his children, Mystic wanted to conceive an heir on the side. The woman succumbed to the persuasion of Satan, and subsequently they had a son - Kurt Wagner or Night Serpent.
Soon, she herself killed an unloved spouse, who began to suspect of treason, and went in search of Azazel. The supervillain at that time had serious difficulties with the Cheyarafim group, so he disappeared from the life of the Mystic. After a while, the angry inhabitants of the state where Christian ruled learned about his murder and began hunting for the traitor-wife and child. The woman had to take the guise of a simple rural woman and throw her son off a cliff. So she saved her life. For Azazel, Mystic was the only woman he loved.
Mutant children
After some time, the leader of the demons considered that Mystic had died, and conceived two dozen more children. Under mysterious and very strange circumstances, all of them were sent to the island of Isla Des Demonas in order to sacrifice themselves and thereby open a portal for the minions of Satan. He also wanted to exterminate both the Cheyarafim group and just ordinary mutants whose bodies did not undergo a clear mutation, respectively, they were not perceived as monsters.
The main enemy of Azazel - X-Men
The second no less famous son of the mutant demon, Abyss, a resident of Genosha. They united and in a zombie form opened a portal for the beloved father of Azazel. The X-men followed Kurt to see where he was rushing, and with him also jump into the portal. When everyone was inside, the demon was happy to scare them with his appearance and actions, depicting a real Satan.
Azazel and the X-Men are the most arrogant and terrible enemies in the entire Marvel Comic Universe. It’s not news to anyone that sooner or later good conquers evil, so the heroes defeated the enemy in the person of a fallen angel and his army, sending them to an unknown space. The demon's henchmen managed to escape, and among them were also his sons - Abyss and the Night Serpent, who survived the fall from the cliff. At the moment, Marvel’s location cannot be reported on Azazel’s whereabouts. It is also unknown whether he was able to survive and maintain his strength. But Abyss and Kiwi Black have lost their abilities forever and are now unlikely to be able to help their father.

Rumor has it that Azazel (Marvel - their source) is most likely a real demon. His blood is the same as that of mystical creatures: Mephisto, Blackheart and Dormammu. Mephisto himself said that he has tremendous power and authority that is unattainable to some true demons.
