Exercise 2
Now you should lie on your back on the gymnastic mat. Hands are located along the body, palms on the floor, fingers tightly compressed. The head must be raised so that the chin touches the chest. Now, on inspiration, we raise straight legs at an angle of 45 degrees. On exhalation we occupy the starting position. The minimum number of repetitions is 3, the maximum is 21 times. The breath is deep, smooth, without jerking.
Exercise 3
To perform this exercise, you need to kneel. The distance between them is about 20 cm. Put palms under the buttocks. On inspiration, we throw our head back, the chest is open, the back is slightly bent. For balance, you should rest your palms on your hips. On exhalation, we return to the starting position. The head drops forward, the chin touches the chest. At least this exercise is performed three times, at most - 21.
Exercise 4
Take a sitting position. Legs are straight, in front of you. The distance between the feet is 20-25 cm. The palms on both sides of the buttocks abut against the floor with tightly pressed fingers. When you inhale, throw your head back, resting on your legs and arms, raise your pelvis. The ideal position of the body when performing this exercise - the hips and body are parallel to the floor, arms and legs are perpendicular. On exhalation, return to the starting position, the chin is pressed to the chest. The number of exercises is 3-21 times.
Exercise 5
Lie on your stomach. Arms bent, palms at chest level. The distance between the feet is 30 cm. Leaning on the hands and toes of the legs, we “sag” above the floor, tearing off the pelvis and knees. In this case, the back is bent, and the head is thrown back. On inspiration, the pelvis is raised up, the head is lowered, the chin touches the chest. Legs are straight, feet are fully pressed to the floor. From the side, the position of the body resembles a right angle, tending upward. On exhalation, we return to the starting position.
The deflection is carried out due to the straightened shoulders, chest, and not “fracture” of the lower back. Between the rise and the deflection, hold your breath for 2-3 seconds. Exercise causes a lot of physical stress, so it should be performed in the first lesson three times. Then you can increase the load to 21 lifts (this is the maximum).
Important points
- Energy gymnastics for women is a specific system. It has its own order, which is associated with the scheme of inclusion of energy centers. Therefore, it is impossible to break the sequence of exercises, for example, starting with simpler techniques.
- After each exercise, breathing should be performed. Taking a standing position, legs shoulder width apart, arms at the waist. We take a deep breath through the nose and exhale sharply through the mouth. The lips are in the shape of the letter “O”. The exhale can be "voiced." Voice vibrations are also helpful.
