Success in business is facilitated by strict adherence to certain standards, on the basis of which the ethics of business relations is built. In other words, following the rules of business ethics is a necessary element of your professionalism.
As for world economic relations, the issue here is even more acute. It is important for business people to know the rules of etiquette adopted in other states, since an elementary violation of the rules of good taste is fraught with the loss of sales markets as a result of the severance of business ties. However, do not forget that the etiquette of a business person undergoes some changes over time. Therefore, we must keep up to date and, in order not to look absurd, study the business ethics of a modern businessman. For example, some of the rules of etiquette in relation to a woman have lost their bindingness. Business ethics is not only goodwill and politeness. These character traits are not enough to be a business person, observing the rules of etiquette, the basic principles of which have their own specifics and are expressed in the main canons:

- communicate in the correct language (both verbally and in writing).

The ability to express oneself with the help of correct spoken and written speech - the fifth rule - once again emphasizes a person’s business image. The chances of concluding a contract directly depend on the ability to communicate. Being a successful business person, it is necessary to study the art of rhetoric. It is important to be able to capture attention with the help of diction, maneuvering intonation and pronunciation. It is extremely important not to use offensive expressions, slang words in business communication. Learn to listen so that the interlocutor understands that the conversation is really interesting to you.
