He is losing this match. Of course, in the career of a tennis player in the future there were a lot of victories, even over such a famous athlete as Rafael Nadal. It was in these tournaments that Ivan Dodig achieved his best result by winning the first Grand Slam tournament in his life in 2015. This was the open championship of France, the so-called "Roland Garos".
Two years before this event, Ivan Dodig tried to win the same trophy in London, reaching the final of the Wimbledon tournament in pairs. But at that moment, luck smiled at the rivals. And on the grass court, Ivan did not achieve the desired result. But on his favorite hard, he reached the maximum to the semi-finals. So it was in Australia. The same result was observed in the USA.

The tennis player achieved his main successes in doubles together with the Brazilian athlete Marcelo Melo. In the final ATP tournament in doubles, they became finalists.
