Doing something with your own hands can be quite difficult, especially for a child. Crafts made of paper folded with an accordion are quite simple in execution, and also take up little time and effort.
In order to start tinkering, you need the following:
- idea of future work (choose an animal, object, person);
- colored paper;
- background, which perfectly serves as a cardboard or whatman paper;
- scissors;
- glue;
- skillful hands and a little skill.

- again bend the bottom edge to the same width strip as the first time;
- turn the leaf over and repeat the folding of the strip throughout the sheet.

Master crafts
Now that we have successfully done the trial work, we can proceed to the main paperwork with an accordion. If straight stripes do not work out the first time, then it’s worth practicing more.
At the beginning of the path, you should choose the easiest and easiest crafts to perform, with practice comes the ability and ability to do more complex things. At this stage, we will choose the underwater world and its inhabitants - fish. Let's make the simplest fish. In the end, it should look like the photo below.
To do this, you must:
- pick up four colorful sheets of paper (small in width, the size of the fish will depend on this);
- then tightly fold four accordions separately (the strips for all should be the same width and in the same amount);
- bend all the accordions in the middle and glue them together, investing in each other, as in the picture;
- it is also necessary to stick colored strips of fish inside each other (focus on the picture);
- in conclusion, you need to stick an eye, if there is not one, then you can cut out a white circle with a larger diameter and a smaller black one, glue them together, and then attach to the craft.
The first version of the fish is ready, it is worth noting that this was not the easiest job, because I had to compose and glue the elements together. Difficult fish
In order to consolidate the acquired skill, you should try to make a fish more difficult.
At first glance, it seems that it is too complicated, but it is not so, it is enough to do everything in stages.
- We take a sheet of colored paper.
- Cut an elongated rectangle (the size of the fish will depend on the width and length).
- Put the rectangle horizontally.
- Visually divide the sheet into three parts and bend where, in your opinion, the first ends.
- Further, as in the picture, it is necessary to expand the previously bent side so that a strip remains.
- Then we wrap the sheet in the other direction, applying a strip of the same width.
- Continue these steps until the stripes are enough for the abdomen.
- It is necessary to straighten the accordion a little.
- Next, cut out the contour of the head and tail of the fish (previously you can make sketches with a pencil).
- Glue the eye.
