Remote Learning

Students can organize the learning process on their own. It is important that the objects defined by the plan are mastered on time, which, like in a regular institute, is called a semester.
For training in this way only the Internet is needed, preferably a video connection. As a rule, a distance learning system even involves the protection of a diploma in a remote way. In addition, current issues related to training may be required.

Admission Features
Upon admission to Rosdistant, the Unified State Examination (in 2015) for 2012-2015 is taken into account. If the future student has finished school earlier, then it is necessary to pass the Unified exam, and for applicants on the basis of their education, entrance testing is carried out.
In the event that there is any profile specialty of the college, upon admission, subjects mastered during training in a secondary special educational institution are counted. Then the period of study, equal to five years, is reduced by 1.5-2 years.

Options
There are two ways to enter the institute: transfer from another educational institution (in a specialized specialty) or in the usual way, having passed the entrance test at Rosdistant.
TSU accepts students for translation on the basis of an application. In the event that a student is on academic leave or expelled at a previous university, you must first recover, and then apply. As an option, submit a certificate indicating the disciplines for which the tests are given, but you will have to take entrance tests, and training will take into account the already studied disciplines.
Enrollment
Regardless of the method of admission, it is necessary to fill out a form on the website, after which the institute specialists contact the applicant for confirmation.
The next step is to send scanned copies of such documents: an application that needs to be printed and filled out; passports education certificate; surname change certificates (if necessary). You also need to send a photograph electronically to complete your personal file.
After this, the applicant chooses the time for passing the entrance examinations, after proving his identity with the camera on the phone or webcam.
If the tests are successful, the first semester of the educational program is paid and two copies of the service agreement are prepared in parallel. They are sent to the student in electronic form.
Educational activities
After all of the above, you can already start training. At the same time, one should not forget that copies of the contract are signed by the student and sent to the institute. The originals of educational documents and an application for admission are attached to them.
After some time, the Russian Post receives an agreement signed by the rector. The enrollment order, the original documents and photographs are kept in the dean’s office until graduation from the Rosdistant site.

During training, you can and even need to use additional literature, since the distance learning system involves more independent work and the study of disciplines.
Diploma
After graduation, when the final stage of defense of the thesis is completed, a digital version of the document on education can be sent to the student by e-mail. The original is sent by Russian Post. The document will indicate that the student studied at Togliatti State University, without indicating that the entire process was carried out on the Rosdistant site.
The diploma contains the following information:
- FULL NAME. a student;
- full name of the institute;
- graduate degree - bachelor, specialist or master;
- the form of education is indicated as extramural;
- an appendix to the diploma, which indicates the score obtained in the main subjects.
Student's current performance indicators are recorded in the electronic grade book.
Directions of the Rosdistant project
Feedback on specializations that are implemented in TSU can be fully attributed to the new site. Especially any one subject or faculty is not marked, people study in different specialties and respond positively to the university as a whole. Rosdistant, being a new version of the distance learning platform of TSU, so far implements the following areas:
1. Undergraduate:
- technosphere safety - process safety and fire safety;
- Economics - accounting and auditing;
- jurisprudence - civil law, state law, criminal law faculties.
2. Master:
- technosphere safety - fire safety management, environmental safety of processes and production, industrial, industrial and environmental safety management systems;
- jurisprudence - legal support of public administration and local self-government; legal support of entrepreneurial activity;
- Economics: accounting, analysis and audit.
Undergraduate programs, students study from 3 to 5 years, master's programs provide for a study period of 2.5 years.
Students who entered earlier than 2015 have access to their personal account at both sites. Later, all the disciplines provided for by the educational project of the current year will be transferred to Rosdistant: automobile industry, tourism, management, trade, construction, quality management, personnel management and other subjects, including for studies in the master's program of the Rosdistant project "
Testing
A trial test, for example, as part of preparatory courses, is not provided. One attempt is made to pass the entrance test. In order to enroll in the Faculty of Economics, applicants who wish to get an education on the basis of their existing secondary vocational education (VET) or higher education (VO) pass tests in Russian and mathematics. If the exam is passed, then it should be tests in Russian, mathematics and social studies.
The Faculty of Law involves passing entrance tests on the basis of open source software or high school in the Russian language and social science. The subjects of the exam are Russian, history and social studies.
The Faculty of Technosphere Safety accepts students on the basis of their education after testing in the following subjects: Russian language and mathematics, the exam in the following disciplines: Russian, mathematics and physics.
Masters programs require passing tests in the following disciplines: economics - the basics of accounting, analysis and audit; jurisprudence - constitutional and municipal law; technosphere safety - fire safety.
Exam points
Entrance tests in Russian at Rosdistant are held online, that is, without going to an educational institution. The test results are taken into account in points, and for successful passing, you need to score 36 points. If this indicator is lower than required, but only in one subject, a person has the right to retake the subject in the same year.
The admission test to Rosdistant (mathematics means) must be at least 27 points. In the event that the indicator on this subject is unsatisfactory, the exam is next year. A graduate receives a certificate instead of a certificate.
According to history and social science, the passing indicator is 32 and 42 points, respectively.
Cost
Educational activities are organized on a paid basis, while contributions are made as follows: for the first semester, a student transfers money to the institute's account immediately, in the future you can pay on a monthly basis.

For those studying for a bachelor, the cost today is 25,990 rubles per year. Thus, upon receipt, you can pay half the price (for the first semester), and then pay the remaining amount in equal installments each month.
Future masters contribute money for training in the following amount: for the areas of "Law" and "Economics" - 29 990 rubles / year, "Technosphere security" - 31 990 rubles / year.
Agreement
The agreement on the provision of educational services, which was already mentioned earlier, contains provisions on the procedure for the provision of services, on the termination of the contract unilaterally and on the liability of the parties. It is necessary to carefully read the documents so that there are no unpleasant situations in the future.
Some students, due to personal circumstances, have no opportunity to continue their studies on a paid basis under the Rosdistant project. The responses of some students just relate to a misunderstanding of what causes debts when they are not already studying at the university.
In order to avoid arrears and penalties for this amount under the contract, you must write an application for deduction of your own free will. It is advisable to close before this all disciplines paid in the current semester. Within 5 years, as in any other institution, a student can recover to continue his studies. All previously mastered disciplines will be counted.
Foreign students
Students living in another country may also receive a Russian education. In order to apply, you need to register on the site.
Scanned education documents and a passport issued by a foreign state must be sent electronically with their certified translations if there is no information in Russian in the diploma or identity card.
Further, the diploma goes through the nostrification procedure (recognition of foreign education). If the document is approved, the applicant is credited after the entrance test to the institute. The conditions for such students in the future do not differ from the conditions for Russian students.
It should be noted that documents on education received in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Mongolia, Slovenia, Armenia and Azerbaijan do not require recognition.
