the best option would be one in which mushrooms are used exclusively from their own crop, that is, growing mushrooms at home

The ecological picture of our time does not contribute to the fact that, without fear, one could eat wild mushrooms themselves, and even more so prepare them for children. The danger of getting poisoning is rather big, therefore it should be taken seriously to such purchases. But what to do if mushrooms are a rather tasty product that is liked by adults and children alike. Of course, the first advice is to buy mushrooms in stores, those in which you can be sure, for example, oyster mushrooms and champignons.

And the best option would be one in which mushrooms are used exclusively from their own crop, that is, growing mushrooms at home. Summer residents and gardeners, they know quite a few ways how to get the maximum benefit from their site, growing fruit crops. But few of them made attempts to grow mushrooms at home. But this, it can be considered a mistake, because the mushrooms contain a large amount of vegetable protein, which, meanwhile, is very similar, in composition, to egg white. Growing mushrooms at home does not require special expenses, this also applies to money and time. In addition, mushrooms do not need weeding and other care that takes so much time. You can, as before, devote your time to caring for beets and potatoes, and the mushrooms themselves will grow. Describing all the amenities for growing mushrooms, I mean, oyster mushrooms, which are easy to make growing mushrooms at home successful, and that they can be grown in the country and in the yard

This method of growing mushrooms at home is the simplest, but reliable and inexpensive, and this method is called extensive. For the cultivation of oyster mushrooms, you can use a shadow from fruit trees, from a canopy, in the shade of buildings and even near the fence.

Any wood is suitable as a basis, it would be better if it were poplar or aspen, but not fundamentally, the main condition is the absence of rottenness, that is, the stump can even be rotten, but not rotten. Parts of wood are cut into hemp up to 30 centimeters long, it is very important that the hemp diameter is not less than 15 centimeters. If the tree is fresh, containing natural moisture, then the wood is ready, and if it is an old stump, then it must be soaked for at least 2 days.

Mushroom cultivation at home begins with a mycelium transplant (mycelium or spore fungus), and is carried out in the last days of winter or early spring. In a closed room containing moisture, pre-harvested timber blocks are installed, which are vertically lined up in columns no more than two meters high. A mycelium is placed between the bars, the layer height should not exceed two centimeters. In order to accelerate the process of growing mycelium into a tree, you can drill holes in which to put the mycelium. On the topmost stump, the mycelium should be applied in a thicker layer, it is allowed up to 5 cm, after which the surface must be covered with a rough board, sprinkled with straw and a layer of earth to preserve moisture. When it is hot and dry outside, the room with mycelium should be moistened, but in such a way that water does not fall on the tree. In conditions of humidity of about 90% and temperature (about 18 degrees), mycelium grows in wood in 2 months. When all the bars have grown together, with the help of the growth of mycelium, they can already be planted in the yard. At the beginning, the wells are prepared, they are pulled out with a depth of 15 centimeters and a width corresponding to the diameter of the bar. In moistened wells, place the bars, the butt part to the ground. Sprinkle with earth should be half the height of the bar. The distance between landings should be up to 45 centimeters.

Take care of the planting, it is necessary by watering in dry weather. Fruiting occurs within 2.5 months, after landing in the yard, this happens at night.
