The portable site is widely used as an additional structure in the construction, reconstruction of high-rise buildings, in the construction of metal frames of business centers, but nevertheless, the main function of the site is the acceptance of construction cargo.

  • K-1.4. The main characteristic features of this type according to TU is a carrying capacity of 2500 kg, the volume of the working area is 2.5x2.0 m, the flooring material is wood.
  • K-1,3. It is characterized by the highest carrying capacity, it can lift a load whose weight exceeds 2500 kg. The main dimensions of the working area are 2.5x2.0 m. In contrast to the K-1.4 design, the flooring is made of steel.

Remote sites K-1 differ in weight and in size of the entire general mechanism. The K-1.1 form weighs approximately 500 kilograms, the K-1.4 weighs 960 kilograms, the K-1.3 design is considered the heaviest - its weight is 1000 kg.

All modifications of K-1 designs are very convenient for warehousing and storage of various building materials and devices. It is important to remember that the single weight of the cargo located on the remote platform should not exceed the lifting capacity of the platform.

Only sites with a certificate and permits are allowed. If at least one document is missing, then using this design is not safe, as this increases the risk of injury to people working in construction. Therefore, remote sites pass the necessary tests to recognize their suitability for use. Auxiliary building structures have all the necessary certificates.
