At her first Olympics, which took place that year, she managed to get two places only in the 1/8 finals.
Serious victories
Despite a good rating, until 2009 Victoria was not able to beat serious rivals alone. But from this period she became one of the most successful tennis players. Modern realities
But, unfortunately, starting in 2013, Azarenka was losing ground. She, of course, defended her title at the games in Australia, at a major tournament in Doha, but over time, she began to lose to other tennis players. Last but not least, the athlete's deteriorating well-being began to influence the results. Victoria Azarenka continues to play today, despite the difficult 2013 year. She prepares for tournaments and participates in competitions, although her legs are injured.
Athlete’s personal life
No matter how successful the tennis player, many are interested not only in her career, but also in events that take place outside the court. Everyone is wondering if Victoria Azarenka and Redfu, her young man, a famous DJ, who is actually called Stefan Gordy, got married. The public became aware of their relationship in January 2013. At the same time, they met at the US Open-2012 tournament. Their relationship developed well. The couple did not even hide their intentions regarding the purchase of joint real estate, which they planned to acquire in Australia, but no one spoke about the wedding.

But the media slipped information that they plan to combine legal marriage in March 2014. Moreover, for the first time this information appeared in the Indian press. The wedding was supposed to take place in this country, presumably in the city of Jaipur. Some even said that the marriage took place in an intimate setting, in the presence of only a few friends. But there was no confirmation from either Azarenka or Redfu.
Everyone decides for himself whether to believe these rumors, but for some reason Victoria Azarenka does not want to talk about it. The personal life of every famous person should not be put on public display. Even if the young wanted to secretly get married, then they can afford it. But the mother of the tennis player claims that she is not aware that her daughter is going to, or even more so, has already married.
