In some cases, there is no other way but to escort the goods transported across the state border.

Customs escort is a way of transporting something across the state border under the control of customs officers.

This method of transportation can guarantee the safety of the cargo. Nevertheless, there are circumstances in which customs escort cannot be used in absolutely all cases of cargo transportation. These include a shortage of workers and an increase in costs during transportation.

Organization of escort

If the customs escort of goods or vehicles is carried out at a distance of less than 100 km or within the region where one customs operates, the procedure for issuing an order can be skipped. In other cases, employees can accompany the goods only if there is an order.
