The noodles itself, from which it is cooked, are satisfying, but still tasteless, so over time they began to make fun-tu-chi with vegetables and spices. Funchoza in Korean is quite sharp, so do not get too carried away with it so as not to harm the stomach. Despite this, it is one of the most delicious and popular dishes in the Far East. Funchoza is low-calorie in Korean, does not cause allergies, goes well with any ingredients. In addition, anyone can do it right at home, spending only a little time on it.

How to cook funchose? First, cook rice noodles for five minutes. While it is cooking, take care of the vegetables. After cleaning three medium-sized carrots, cut them thinly into slices. Do the same with bell pepper. After mixing the carrots with salt, let it stand for five minutes. Fry the chopped pepper in a pan and then remove it with a spoon so that the oil has time to drain immediately. Crush three cloves of garlic.
