In the fast pace of modern life, there is not always time to visit a beauty salon. Therefore, the question often arises of how to make a French manicure at home. Simply coating the nails with colored varnish is not difficult, but this is not always exactly what is needed. For example, if a blue-green ornament from yesterday's party flaunts on the nails, then it is inconvenient to go to the office with it. And there may simply not be time to tint nails. French manicure is so popular precisely because of this. And at the disco, and in the office, “french” will look appropriate and neat. It emphasizes natural beauty without distorting it. By the way, this was the reason for the invention of French manicure. Hollywood actresses working in a fairly intense mode, there was simply not enough time to find the right manicure for the next outfit. And then it was proposed just such an option, "french". He really liked the Hollywood stars, and then the whole world. And the French manicure acquired its name when mannequins began to use it on the catwalks of France.
The requirements of classic French manicure are quite simple: neat, short nails, the main varnish is extremely natural in color, preferably even translucent and light, often a white strip along the edge of the nail. But fashionistas are used to experimenting with everything that is well-established, and now such a manicure is done on long nails, and multi-colored, with rhinestones.
At first it might seem that making a “french” is beautiful and right only in the salon. The light line along the edge of the nail should be perfect, otherwise the whole impression will be ruined. But this is not so. If you know how to do a French manicure, it will also be easy. There are several different ways to make a French manicure at home. You can try everything and choose the most suitable. They differ slightly in result.
Before you make a French manicure at home, make sure that all tools - scissors, nail files, varnishes - are prepared and easy to get. Looking for them later with a drying varnish on the nails will be somewhat uncomfortable.
French manicure has one nuance - often translucent varnish is used as a base, so nails will need to be carefully polished.
It is convenient to use sets for French manicure from two or three varnishes. It includes: the main varnish is natural color, white enamel for the edge of the nail and (not always) transparent varnish fixers. But this is not necessary, you can pick your own.
In the first embodiment, the main varnish will be transparent. First, a conditional semicircle is drawn on the edge of the nail with white enamel. Do not try to draw beautifully - then it is aligned with a cotton swab. When the enamel dries a little, with a cotton swab and nail polish remover, it’s now very neat, align the bottom edge of the semicircle until you like the result. On top of the nails are covered with a transparent varnish or fixative - and the French manicure is ready.
The second option is more time-consuming, but it is suitable for those who love the basis of natural colors, and not quite transparent. First, the main varnish is applied - beige, pink - of your choice. When it is completely dry, you can draw a semicircle. To do this, take ordinary tape or purchase special templates. A semicircular pattern is simply glued to the nail indented from the edge to the distance of the future white line. The tape has straight edges, so you have to tuck it a little under the semicircle. Now apply white enamel to a free distance. The excess will remain on the stickers and they can be safely removed. When the enamel dries, the nails are covered with a transparent fastener and you get an excellent “french”.
Knowing how to make a French manicure at home, you will save yourself both time and money. It’s necessary to practice a little, but it will certainly pay off.
