Jeremy Buendia Biography
The future Mr. Olympia was born and raised in the sunny state of California. Little Jeremy was born in the city of Rosenville on October 10, 1990. From childhood, the young man watched how his father trained, who was a non-competing bodybuilder. This was the impetus for the fact that Jeremy chose the path of a professional athlete for himself. After all, his father was different from his friends in harmonious body composition, and the young bodybuilder wanted to become like him. “Compliance with the regime, love of weight and strict discipline became the basis of my life even in preschool years,” the athlete says.

In addition to “iron”, Jeremy Buendia was fond of football and was an excellent midfielder in his school. His team easily wins the state cup, and the athlete plays an important role in this. At that moment, the young man dreamed of a career as a football player, because most colleges had already sent invitations to study. So the future seemed serene. But after receiving an injury - displacement of the vertebrae in the lumbar and cervical spine - the bodybuilder had to give up dreams of a career as a football player.
Life goes on
To eliminate the effects of injury, Jeremy Buendia is fully committed to bodybuilding. And very quickly achieves excellent results. At the age of 17, the athlete enters the competitive podium and wins an unconditional victory at the Contra Costa Championships 2010. Only now, Jeremy realized that bodybuilding is his destiny.
The next three years, the athlete devotes all his time to training and decides to move to the new category of bodybuilding "Mens Physicist", in which, as it seemed to him, he could fully realize himself and discover his full potential. And as it turned out, this is the right decision that Jeremy Buendia could make. Training helped the athlete create the perfect body, and he was quickly noticed among professionals.
Absolute success
In 2010-2014, a bodybuilder conquers world podiums, winning one brilliant victory after another. 2013 is becoming a landmark year, because it was at that time that the athlete won first place in the NPC Grand Prix championship, and with it the Pro card and the entry into the IFBB professional league. Now, Buendia can enter the podium of the competition "Mr. Olympia." Isn't that the dream of any bodybuilder? In 2013, Jeremy Buendia will try to break out in the lead, but will only take second place. But the very next year, after numerous and hard training, he won first place with Sadik Khadzovich, an equally strong opponent, and received the long-awaited title “Mr. Olympia”. Already in the next 2015, Jeremy had to defend his title, and despite the fact that the confrontation was far from easy, he succeeded.

Currently, the athlete has signed a contract with the famous company Evogen Nutrition, owned by the equally popular Haney Rambod - the author of the famous FST-7 technique. Jeremy is also a trainer and co-owner of a bodybuilder team called FitBody Fusion, which does not prevent him from preparing for the next performance, in which he will once again defend his title “Mr. Olympia”.
