The ability to buy a simulator is not available to everyone. Too painfully hits the price of a simple pocket. That is why today more and more do exercise machines with their own hands. Of course, the aesthetic appearance is significantly inferior to what we see in stores and commercials, but the main thing is the goal and result. Having made the simulators with your own hands, you can get the same load as on purchased simulators. And over time, and improve them, customizing to your needs. And the cost of such simulators is very small, since everything is made from improvised materials. So, homemade simulators ...

1. The simulator do it yourself. Boxing paw. Prepare a strong thick fabric, marker, glue, napkins, scotch tape, a wide tape (a gift is perfect). Take the fabric, fold it in half and draw an oval (sizes that are more convenient for you, choose yourself). Now cut the drawn ovals. If the fabric is too dense to cut both layers at once, draw the same oval separately and cut one at a time. Now fold the second piece and draw the rectangles (we are guided by the ovals). Cut it too. Now glue the ovals with rectangles with tape. Fill each of the resulting pockets with napkins. We seal the holes. We glue the paw with tape using glue. The final touch: draw a circle with a marker on the paw. Done.

2. The simulator do it yourself. Suspension. Prepare seat belt tapes (three, together with locks), tubes (hollow, it is better to take leather or rubber, you will need them for pens), scotch tape and rope. Take the tape in your hands, thread one end into the lock and lock it (it should make a circle, but not very big). Now turn the tube for the handle. Pass through it the end of the tape that is free. Secure the position with a strong knot. On the side that is longer, make a loop, and then pass through it the end of the tape (loose), wrap around the resulting knot, pass it into the loop from above and carefully tighten. Now we are preparing the second tape, repeating all the same manipulations. When everything is ready, grab both straps by the hinges and snap them together with a carabiner. Now, through the carabiner, thread another tape, a third. With this tape, the simulator will be attached to the hook or beams (can also be attached to the tree). Fasten the rope on the handles with the same knot, cut off the excess. Wrap the nodes for safety with tape. Done.

3. The simulator do it yourself. Barbell. Recall what it consists of: neck and pancakes. Here we will replace them. An armature or pipe is suitable as a neck. Only the diameter should be at least 4.5 cm, otherwise it will be inconvenient to hold. The length of the neck will depend on what you replace the pancakes with (two options are offered here, and you can turn on your imagination and look for another replacement). Perfectly used as pancakes Zhiguli wheels. Two wheels are attached internally to each other and are connected. The easiest way to do this is with wire, but it’s better and more reliable to use welding. Wheels can be taken without cameras or with broken cameras. Perhaps this will be even better: it will be possible to weight the bar by adding metal under the tire for weight.

You can make cement pancakes. You will need: a shape (for example, a plastic bucket), wire. We breed cement, add wire to it (it will not allow the shape to disintegrate upon impact) and insert the bar in the middle. We are waiting for it to freeze. Completely. The second pancake is doing the same.

It remains to think how to fix the pancakes. This may be a piece of rubber hose, fitted in diameter. If you plan to change pancakes, it is better to contact the welder to make a β€œstop” in the form of a bracelet. The simplest and most reliable is a threaded hole and a clamp bolt.
