Let's sort it out in order. Before you
get a disability of group 3, get ready for long wanderings in offices, battered nerves and possible failure.
To begin with: you will not find such a convenient thing as “Disability 3 groups: a list of diseases”. Such a list does not exist at all. There is a list of diseases and conditions in the presence of which can establish a life-long group. But during the initial treatment, each case is considered individually.
Suppose you found information on the network that with your illness 3 degrees of disability can give. What's next? We go to the local doctor. We ask for a referral to ITU (medical and social expertise). And here comes the first difficulty.
If all the limbs are in place, the internal organs, too, the doctor may begin to convince that it makes no sense to try. Like, with such diagnoses we don’t give disability, there’s nothing to waste the time of busy people. Insist. Refused? Ask for a refusal certificate, then you can contact the commission yourself.
Further, the commission itself. In most cases, even to apply, you have to stand a huge queue. The commission itself consists of three people, medical specialists. It is possible that these will be doctors in the wrong direction of your disease. That is, if you need to get a degree 3 disability due to psoriatic arthritis, the ophthalmologist, neurologist and psychiatrist may well be on the commission.
Documents confirming your condition may also have an expiration date, do not forget this. For example, blood tests are valid for 10 days. ECG results - month. In addition, they may require a
characterization from the place of work or interview relatives and neighbors. If at least one source shows that you are quite capable and do not need help, do not count on the group.
If ITU results are not satisfactory, contact the higher authorities (ITU Main Bureau, ITU Federal Bureau) or go directly to the prosecutor's office. Here the statistics diverge: someone gets help, someone does not.
By the way, disability of group 3 is given for a year. After it expires, the procedure will have to be repeated. And a year later, too. And so on ... Practice shows that with the slightest success of the patient in life, disability is immediately removed. This is motivated by the fact that a person has undergone rehabilitation and no longer needs state support.
According to the main ITU expert of St. Petersburg, Mr. Alexander Abrosimov, in the near future the procedure for establishing disability may become even more complicated. A new assessment of the state of both physical and social will appear. This means that getting a disability of group 3 will become even more problematic.
