Before starting the construction of any building, the developer must draw up a project declaration. If it is planned to erect a multi-storey residential building, apartments in which will be sold, for example, under an agreement of shared participation, this document is published on the official website of the construction company. This is necessary so that every future homeowner can get acquainted with him, draw conclusions about the reliability of the developer.
