Spiritual practices of the East. Mantra is the right path to perfection

Everyone strives for a stable, prosperous life, good relations in the family and society, the ability to realize their talents, abilities, needs. Enlightenment, harmony with the world and with oneself, comprehension of the secrets of the Universe, a state of peace and happiness, wisdom - these are the distant horizons that we want to achieve when we go our earthly path. Great help is rendered to us in this by various spiritual practices. A special place among them is occupied by the eastern religions - Hinduism and Buddhism.

What is a mantra?

mantra is
Each religion has its own deities, prophets, saints and certain forms, rituals of appeal to them - for help, comfort, support, advice. A mantra is something like the prayers that we are accustomed to in Christianity and Islam. True, prayers are special. If in the Orthodox and Catholic texts, as well as in Islamic, the meaning of each word, each image pronounced by the worshipers is important, then the mantras act in a slightly different way. Turning to God or the Mother of God, we either pronounce a canonical text, composed centuries ago, or pray from the heart and soul, as it turns out, splashing out the pain in our own words. It does not matter stress, phonetic features of pronunciation, literacy of construction of sentences. The mental attitude and sincerity of a believer is important. Mantra is also a prayer, more precisely a prayer anthem, an appeal to one of the Buddhist or Hindu deities. But different rules apply here than in the religions familiar to us. In the mantra, it is necessary to observe the correctness of the sound envelope of each word and that special rhythm in which they speak. It is the energy of sound, the musicality of such prayers that helps a person to tune in the right way, to enter the state when the soul is preparing to communicate with the Higher Spirit, the forces of Nature, the Universe. No wonder that the mantra is a hymn, i.e. a solemn song glorifying God in His various incarnations. Each sound in mantras has its own sacred meaning. They do not just speak, they are sung, and each such anthem has its own melody, intonation, even timbre. As in every bell ringing in Blagovest every bell has its own part, its own tone, so each mantric prayer has its own musical tonality. Thus, we can say that the mantra is a tuning fork that allows you to adjust the energy of a person in harmony with the energy of the Higher Worlds and Spheres, which control our life, having a beneficial effect on it.

What are the mantras responsible for?

mantras of wealth

In the East, chanting mantras, a person gradually plunges into a state of enlightenment, nirvana. Knowledgeable people, monks, they are used for meditation, spiritual purification and development. Europeans, i.e. representatives of a different mindset, a different culture, these hymns are interesting from a practical point of view - to change for the better the self and the quality of life. There are, for example, mantras of wealth. They help to attract money, strengthen the material side of life, preserve and increase wealth. Such hymns provide financial prosperity, constant profit, business success. There are mantras responsible for health - physical and mental. There are chants that attract love, establishing harmonious relations between close people - parents and children, a man and a woman. There is a mantra of desire - it is sung when it is necessary to influence reality on subtle levels, transform it in accordance with our needs and urgent goals.

mantra of desire
Desires can be different: someone is lonely and tired of this, someone is fatally unlucky in life, someone does not add up one or another relationship. Like a life buoy, appropriate chants will help to float to the surface from the created problems, those events and those people will be attracted, thanks to which the problems will be solved in the best way.

How to work with sacred hymns

communion with higher powers through the mantra

Work with mantras is a whole science and art at the same time. It requires a deep immersion in the β€œmaterial”, the ability to detach for some time from everything that is and is being done nearby. Only by focusing on the moment, pronouncing the words of the sacred songs as accurately and correctly as possible, their rhythm and tempo, can real results be achieved. Work on yourself, try - and your life will gradually come to harmony.
