Process control is ensured by the fulfillment of four conditions that are closely interrelated. This is planning, organization, motivation and control.

So, with the fulfillment of the planning function, tasks are solved that determine the goals of the business entity and the procedure for its employees to achieve these goals. Planning as a function aimed at process management should highlight three main aspects:

- Evaluation by managers of various aspects of the organization (strengths and weaknesses) in such areas of activity as marketing, finance, manufacturing, human resources and research. All activities should focus on the reality of achieving the goals of the organization.

- When assessing the organization’s capabilities and the threat in the form of competition, it examines the solvency of customers, current legislation, economic conditions and political factors.

- Adoption by the head of a decision with a specific distribution of responsibilities between the employees of the enterprise to achieve the goals.

In managing the processes, the head seeks to determine the main areas of efforts in order to make a decision on ensuring the implementation of the goals of all members of this business entity. In other words, planning is one of the ways in which management provides a single course of action for members of the organization in question.

When considering such a function of the management process as an organization, it is necessary to clarify the following. To organize means to create some structure. At the same time, one can note the existence of a large number of elements that need to be structured for optimal organization performance of tasks and for achieving one's goal. The elements of the organization are considered to be work and people.

Business process management is impossible without motivation. In other words, even with excellent plans and the most perfect organization structure, all this makes no sense in the absence of actual work. Therefore, the main objective of motivation is the implementation by members of the organization of work, based on the delegated responsibilities and in accordance with the approved plan.

And, of course, process management will not be fully considered without research on such a function as control carried out at the enterprise. The management plans to achieve the goal on a specific day, month or year. In order to avoid the occurrence of certain risks and adverse events, the head of the business entity must promptly warn them and take appropriate measures. The reasons for the occurrence of these risks can be such factors: the refusal of employees to carry out the planned activities, changes in legislation or the appearance of a strong competitor in the market, which significantly impedes the implementation of the goals.
