In general, the process of renewal of registration is no different - a foreigner pays tax, informs the receiving party, helps to collect a package of documents and waits for results.
What papers will be required in this case? Documents for renewal of registration of a patent at the place of residence are necessary such:
- passport of the receiving party;
- receipts indicating payment of a patent;
- all payments for previous periods of work of a foreigner;
- forms on the arrival of a citizen in the country;
- copy of the migration card;
- identity card of a foreigner (+ passport);
- patent for work (copy).
The receiving party must personally apply to the FMS for the implementation of the task. There is nothing difficult or special about this.
About the form
In any case, notification of the FMS takes place by filling out a special form for the extension of a foreigner's patent. This paper is attached to all previously listed documents. Nothing more is needed.
