sheathing the house from the front. Among the facing materials, one of the most common now is siding. But it still needs to be installed. And the challenge of specialists is not always rational. So, we sew the house with
siding with our own hands. When
facing the facade of the house, the first thing to do is to remove the adjacent territory. When everything is removed, you should do measurements. Set profiles in the left and right corners of the house. Using a level and a plumb line, pull a thread over them all over the wall. When using the thread, you will more evenly expose the profiles along the entire length of the wall.
We trim the house with siding with our own hands on. To do this, you need to prepare the basis for fixing the material. After the frame is finished, you should proceed to the assembly of the design of profiles. It is to them that you will then attach siding. Level the horizontal profile, and then mark the suspensions along the entire wall. Fix the hangers to the wall of the house.
Using a special drill for a perforator, drill holes 6 cm deep. Then apply the suspensions, which are fixed on the dowel-nails. Expose profiles on the same thread, and fasten them to
self-tapping screws with a press washer. For each profile, 4 suspensions on one vertical will be enough for you. Now put the vertical profiles along the threads and fix them on the suspension from both sides, using the press washer. When we sheathe a house with siding with our own hands, we should not forget that the whole structure must be stiffened. To do this, add horizontal profiles, which in the future will need to be strengthened by suspensions.
Installation of the filling (if any) in these facing works is no less important. To do this, set the horizontal profile, focusing on the bottom line of the vertical profile. Take a measurement from the rubble using a level and a square. Now collect the knees from the profiles. Lean them, using as a basis a special strip that will be fixed by means of dowel nails. In order for the filling to be strong, it is necessary to install horizontal profiles over the corners of the knees, securing them to the press washers.
We pass to the final stage: we sheathe the house with siding. Fix vinyl siding, starting from top to bottom. Close the washers tightly. Seams that you will appear, close the docking strips. Draw up windows with a special corner. Siding has a drawback - at low temperatures it can break and crack. Therefore, it is best to cut siding in a warm room. Assemble the cornice and clad the pediment.
