Most of all, an athlete likes to swing, to invent something of his own, to feel how all muscles ache after the next workout. He is attracted to driving.

The athlete first performed in 1995. He did not receive any awards, but declared himself. Only the third performance brought him a medal for 3rd place. Many bodybuilding lovers only remember Dmitry since 1998. Then he won the youth tournament. A series of victories and successes began.

Only in 2002, although the athlete participated in tournaments and contests, he did not take places. And the point here is the transition from youth to the male category. The preparation is already completely different.

Dima is working on training muscles that need improvement. In one season he “pulls up” his torso, in another - he pays close attention to his legs, and then adds extra volume. It is important what exactly I want to highlight. And you have to work in heavy duty.

It is very important for Dmitry to approach the training wisely. You need to think about what and how to train in class. After all, the larger the muscle becomes, the greater the load it requires. The main thing is not to rush. Otherwise, you may be injured. Especially often this happens during a workout. Therefore, you should never rush. It is necessary to devote a sufficient amount of time to each stage of the training.

As for strength indicators, then at the moment the best indicator is a squat with a weight of 280 kg. Dmitry Klimov does not seek to use a lot of weight. His main philosophy is to pull out the hardest from an exercise. The athlete does not go easy ways to victory.

Dima does not use any special complexes for athletes. I used to use sports and pharmacy complexes, but quickly abandoned them. Depending on the stage of preparation, the athlete eats up to 6 times a day. As the competition approaches, the number of meals has to be reduced. Of course, the diet includes healthy proteins, complex carbohydrates.

Dmitry does not think about what proper nutrition is. He does not sit on diets, sometimes allows himself excesses. The main thing is that he works on himself. And he does it very well. No wonder he has already gained many titles and does not stop there. And now it also helps young guys succeed!
